OTUNBA OLU ADENODI is a graduate of the famous University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University). He holds a good honours degree in Law. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 1988 and has been practicing Law in Nigeria for over 33 years. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, Notary Public since the year 2000 after a recommendation by 13 Judges in the Lagos State including the Chief Judge. and a Chartered Arbitrator. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and an Alumnus of the prestigious Manchester University Business School.
He is also member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) He is the Head and Managing Partner of Olu Adenodi & Co. He is married with children. He is vast in money market operations and has taken the chambers to the capital market as Solicitors to the Trustees of either a debenture stock or some other holdings. He is also involved in the energy sector of the economy. Which led the formation of Solonic Energy Limited which he now chairs. He is very vast in debt/loan recovery laws and procedures especially in the pre-emptive remedies in the recovery of debts, from the writ of sequestration to garnishee and bankruptcy on recovery of debts including the enforcement of foreign judgments. He holds a nomination into the 7th Development in Nigeria Merit Awards. A testimony to the thoroughness and integrity of Otunba Olu Adenodi. He is the Chairman of Parents Teachers Association of Innocent Group of Schools Surulere and Chairman/Owner of Wisdom Spring Group of Schools Egan Town, Lagos. He is an astute Politician. He has traveled far and wide, he is into tourism, and he currently practicing as an investment attorney. Otunba Olu Adenodi is from Ondo Town in Ondo State of Nigeria. He is working with the DTI of South Africa to promote investment between two(2) African Biggest economy offering various legal and investment advice for prospective investors in the two (2) countries.
